"Honky Style"
(noun): Style of Polish Polka music originating in Chicago, Illinois. Characterized by a slower,
easier to dance to tempo. Usually played with concertina, clarinet/sax, trumpet, drums, and bass instrumentation. Named as
such due to the idea that it is the "honky tonk" of polka music and when performed, it is done so in an almost
improvised manner.
